Warren Brown at CoCo's!

Baron's father and his father's girlfriend are in town for the weekend and we met them for a delicious dinner at Eleven.  Afterwards we zipped over to CoCo's to get some tasty cupcakes for dessert.  As soon as we stepped through the door Shea (one of the owners) ran over to me and exclaimed "Violet!  There's someone here I'm sure you'll recognize!"  For a brief moment I was really confused, until I spied Warren Brown (of Cake Love and the Food Network's Sugar Rush) sitting in the corner.

Shea immediately introduced me to Warren and his girlfriend, but I was so surprised I have no recollection of what I actually said.  Hopefully whatever it was wasn't too fangirlish.  Shea told Warren all about me and Baron's Cross-Country cupcake adventure and we chatted for a few minutes about cupcakeries and the growing cupcake trend. For those of you that were wondering, Warren is both taller and hotter in real life than on TV.

Warren mentioned that the new Cake Love in Shirlington, VA (near my parents' house) just opened.  I can't wait to check it out the next time I'm in Northern VA.

Anyway, what a crazy coincidence!
