Cupcake Gifts

I know, I know, I am so behind on updating CupcakeFetish.  I spent the winter holidays traveling between family and friends, and was back at home for two weeks before setting off on three weeks of international business travel.  The upside to all of this traveling is more Cupcake Crawl writeups!  Stay tuned for writeups of Topeka, Denver, Singapore, Tokyo, and Sao Paulo.

In the meantime I'll leave you with some pictures of cute cupcake themed gifts I've received recently.  The lovely Amaisugiru gave me this cute key cover for Christmas:

Now I don't spend precious seconds standing in the cold wind and snow fumbling for my house key!

When I learned I would be in Brazil during Valentine's Day I e-mailed CoCo's owner Shea Mullen to ask if she'd save me one of their special Valentine's Day Spicy Chocolate Cupcakes.  (I'd had one last year and it was absolutely divine.)  When I stopped by CoCo's after returning from my trip I found a Valentine's Day Flower Box waiting for me.  Baron (who moved to LA over winter break) had ordered it for me.  How sweet!  Their Valentine's Flower Box consists of half a dozen cupcakes packaged in a long box, like the kind bouquets of flowers are delivered in.  Mine contained two Carrot Cakes (my favorite!), a Spicy Chocolate, a Vanilla Vanilla, an Ellsworth, and a Dark Side of the Moon.

The only problem was that they were so pretty that I felt terrible eating them!
